Perfect Finishes with Low Operating Cost
We design powder coating lines and equipment that optimize the recovery of unadhered powder and guarantee uniform coverage for productions of any scale.
Manual Systems (Manual Booths): Ideal for small batch parts or constant color changes. Manual operation with high flexibility.
Continuous Systems (Automatic Systems): Designed for high production. It integrates an overhead conveyor, automatic application, and polymerization (curing) oven into a continuous production line.
Application Booths
The clean environment for painting. Built with smooth stainless steel panels, painted galvanized sheet metal, or special plastic materials (polypropylene).
The booth’s material is key for quick color changes. The plastic walls repel the powder, allowing the entire booth to be cleaned with compressed air in a few minutes.
The interior design guarantees a constant air extraction flow, preventing turbulences that waste paint and keeping the powder contained within the work area.
Application Systems (Guns and Reciprocators)
Electrostatic technology. Equipment designed to electrically charge the powder particles, making them adhere to the metal part (grounded).
The guns allow voltage and powder flow regulation to penetrate difficult areas, such as corners or tight angles (overcoming the «Faraday cage» effect).
Automation: Reciprocators move the guns up and down at a speed synchronized with the conveyor’s advance. This ensures a uniform and constant layer thickness throughout production, saving paint and preventing scrap due to excess or lack of material.
Recovery and Filtering
The key to profitability and savings. With powder coating, what does not stay on the part is recovered.
High-Efficiency Cyclones: They function like a giant funnel. The air with excess powder enters at high speed; the centrifugal force causes the reusable powder to fall down the walls into a deposit, while the contaminated powder and air continue their path. They recover up to 95% of the material.
Cartridges Filter Box: The air exiting the cyclone passes through these filters to retain the finest powder. They use a «pulse-jet» system (reverse compressed air blasts) that automatically shakes the filters to keep them clean, extend their lifespan, and return 100% pure air into the factory.
Powder Center (Feeding)
The heart of the system. It is the equipment responsible for conditioning the paint before sending it to the guns.
It works through a fluidized bed system: it injects air from a porous base so that the powder behaves like a bubbling liquid. This, coupled with a vibrating sieve that filters lumps and dirt, guarantees that the paint flows to the guns constantly and without interruptions, achieving a smooth and perfect surface finish.
Additionally, it automatically mixes the fresh paint with the recovered paint from the cyclone.
Curing Ovens
This is the stage where the applied powder melts, flows, and cross-links (polymerizes) to form a solid layer of extreme mechanical and chemical hardness.
Structural design and efficiency: They are manufactured in a static format for low production, or continuous for automatic lines. They are built with modular panels and high-density mineral rock wool insulation. It eliminates temperature leakage to the outside, protecting the work environment and drastically reducing gas or electricity consumption.
Heat distribution: They have a system of burners or resistors and recirculation fans that inject hot air through side or bottom ducts. This ensures a correct curing curve, guaranteeing that a part hung near the oven ceiling receives exactly the same temperature as a part hung near the floor.
Overhead Conveyor Systems
The transport system depends on the Production Pace: Garage System (Manual), Monorails, or Power & Free systems that move the parts along the line.
Equipped with frequency inverters to adjust the line speed according to the curing time required by each type of paint or part size. The bearings and chains are prepared to support the load weight and are lubricated to withstand the high temperatures inside the oven without deteriorating.
