Mechanical Pre-treatment - Shot Blasting
Impact cleaning to remove rust, mill scale, and generate roughness for better adhesion.
Ideal for: Rusted parts, laser cut parts, castings, or re-processing of painted parts.
Key Components:
- Throwing Turbines: High-performance turbines that project the abrasive at high speed.
- Recovery System: Floors with sweepers or screw conveyors that automatically collect, clean, and reuse the shot.
- Dust Filtering: Cartridge dust collector filters to keep the work environment clean and comply with environmental regulations.
Chemical Pre-treatment
Spray Tunnel (Continuous Spray)
Automatic process in which parts go through high-pressure chemical spray stages.
Ideal for: Mass production, aluminum profiles, auto parts, continuous lines.
Multi-Stage Configuration: (Degreasing – Rinsing – Rinsing – Phosphating – Passivating – Rinsing)

Wash Booths (Manual)
Closed enclosures designed for manual washing with high-pressure washer, allowing the treatment of large parts or variable geometries.
Ideal for: Very large parts (chassis, large electrical panels), low production or varied batches.
Floor liquid recovery systems and sludge separation to minimize environmental impact.

Immersion Tanks
Process tanks where the part is completely submerged. It is the only way to ensure that the chemical reaches the inside of tubes, cylinders, or hollow bodies.
Ideal for: Parts with complex cavities.
Agitation to constantly renew the solution in contact with the part.
